In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 02 June 2025, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer UŠĆE BOSNE AD ŠAMAC to the controlling shareholder DOO MARTIĆ-INTER-COOP MODRIČA.
