In accordance with Art. 438. - 438d. of the Companies Act, on 10 June 2025, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares from minority shareholders of the issuer AD JAPRA NOVI GRAD to the controlling shareholder PRIJEDORPUTEVI AD PRIJEDOR.
